1. NO REFUNDS | ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the digital nature, immediate access to educational materials, downloadable content, proprietary business information, intellectual property, and limited enrollment availability, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, credits, transfers, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• failure to complete coursework,
• scheduling conflicts,
• change of mind,
• relocation,
• inability to attend live trainings,
• dissatisfaction based on personal expectations,
• failure to complete certification requirements,
• or failure to comply with payment obligations.

2. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITY | STATE & LOCAL COMPLIANCE

Students understand and acknowledge that laws, regulations, licensing requirements, permits, sanitation standards, insurance requirements, and scope-of-practice laws vary by state, county, city, and municipality.

It is solely the student’s responsibility to:

• research and verify all local, county, state, and federal requirements,
• obtain any necessary permits, licenses, insurance, or approvals,
• determine whether the services taught may legally be performed within their jurisdiction,
• and ensure they are operating safely and legally at all times.

Haute, LLC does not guarantee that any certification, training, or educational content qualifies a student to legally perform services in any particular state or jurisdiction.

Haute, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any student’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or licensing requirements.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY | NO MEDICAL LICENSURE

Students understand and acknowledge that all course materials, educational resources, protocols, and curriculum content are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

While portions of the curriculum may be reviewed, advised on, or endorsed by a licensed PA-C (Physician Assistant-Certified), participation in any Haute Hustle Beauty Academy program DOES NOT:

• constitute medical training,
• grant medical licensure,
• create any medical-provider relationship,
• authorize students to represent themselves as medically trained professionals,
• or permit students to advertise or imply any affiliation with the PA-C outside of educational endorsement of curriculum materials.

Students may not represent themselves as:

• medical professionals,
• medically certified providers,
• healthcare practitioners,
• or medically supervised practitioners unless independently licensed to do so.

Haute, LLC and any affiliated PA-C, advisor, educator, contractor, or medical professional shall not be liable for any student services, client outcomes, injuries, infections, negligence claims, business operations, or professional conduct after training completion.

4. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR CERTIFICATION

Haute, LLC reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• refuse enrollment,
• deny participation,
• remove a student from training,
• withhold certification,
• deny graduation,
• or terminate access to programs or materials

if a student:

• demonstrates unsafe practices,
• fails to demonstrate competency,
• violates sanitation standards,
• behaves unprofessionally,
• becomes disruptive,
• engages in harassment or misconduct,
• shares proprietary training materials,
• fails to comply with instructions,
• or is determined to be unfit for certification.

Certification is not automatically guaranteed upon purchase and is contingent upon successful completion of all required coursework, evaluations, demonstrations, assignments, payment obligations, and competency standards.

5. PAYMENT PLAN TERMS

Students enrolled in payment plans agree to make all payments on time according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.

Failure to make timely payments may result in:

• suspension of course access,
• removal from live trainings,

• late fees,
• collections activity,
• or permanent removal from the program.

Students understand they remain fully responsible for the total contracted tuition amount regardless of participation level or completion status.

Certification documents and graduation status will not be issued until tuition is paid in full.

• or hands-on evaluations.

It is the student’s responsibility to carefully review each course listing, training description, included materials, scheduling requirements, and participation expectations before purchasing.

Haute, LLC is not responsible for misunderstandings regarding course structure, inclusions, scheduling, travel requirements, or certification deliverables.

• teach,
• resell,
• copy,
• record,
• upload,
• or commercially use any materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorized sharing or reproduction may result in legal action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating in any Haute Hustle Beauty Academy program, students voluntarily assume all risks associated with beauty services, entrepreneurship, hands-on training, and independent business operation.

• allergic reactions,
• damages,
• business losses,
• lost income,
• client disputes,
• negligence claims,
• licensing issues,
• regulatory violations,
• or any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in training or subsequent business activities.

Students are solely responsible for obtaining proper insurance, sanitation protocols, client consent forms, and legal compliance within their operating jurisdiction.
