What type of printing can Haute Wholesale provide?

We offer screen print, vinyl, Direct-to-film, embroidery, engraving. glass etching and sublimation services for apparel. Special order items such as keychains, lanyards, tumblers, jewelry, etc. are also available - contact us with specific questions. 

Do you have any minimum order quantities?

 Yes, our minimum order quantity is 6 pieces for screen print and/or vinyl apparel. For embroidery, there is a 24 piece minimum. All other products- the quantity is listed.

What file specifications are required to submit artwork?

 Files must be at least 300 dpi; .PSD, .PNG or .EPS files are acceptable. Please email logo/artwork to info@hautellc.com, attn: Haute Wholesale

Can you design a logo for me?

YES! Our graphic design team is happy to work with you for a $49.95 design fee. 

What is your turnaround time?

Generally our turnaround time 10-14 business days. Special orders, embroidery, engraving, etc. could take longer. From October 15 - January 15, our turnaround time is 21-28 days. 

What is your return policy?

Custom merchandise is final sale and not subject to returns. Proofs are provided with each order and should be carefully reviewed. All returns & exchange must be notified within 5 business days upon receiving the order. Items must be in unopened and in original packaging. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.  We will inspect items once we receive them, and issue a store credit on your account after a 20% restocking fee is applied. 

Can you ship my order?

Yes, we ship orders anywhere in the US. Local pickup is also available at our boutique.

What is your shipping and risk of loss policy?

All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier. Haute Wholesale is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit. Any claims for missing or damaged shipments must be filed directly with the carrier.

How do I book a live sale fundraiser? Email us at info@hautellc.com. Fundraisers must be booked 45 days in advance and are only open to 501(c)3 organizations.
